Vaeral is an online reputation management agency. We work on how a brand appears in community discussions, in Google search results, and in the answers generated by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
The agency was founded in 2022 by Mayank Sureka and operates from Guwahati, Assam, India, working with brands globally. Vaeral trades as House of Swing.
Most marketing spend goes toward what a brand says about itself. Almost none goes toward what everyone else says about it. That second conversation is the one buyers actually check, and increasingly it is the one language models read when someone asks them which company to trust.
How we work
We work where opinions actually form
A buyer researching a purchase rarely stops at your website. They search your brand name alongside "review", "scam" or "alternative". They read a Reddit thread from two years ago. They skim a Quora answer written by a stranger. Those pages often outrank the brand's own, and they are what an answer engine retrieves when asked whether you are any good.
We work within platform rules, deliberately
Reddit, Quora and Wikipedia all prohibit undisclosed coordinated promotion, and India's consumer protection guidelines address paid reviews directly. Beyond the compliance risk, the practical problem is that these tactics fail loudly. A community that detects manipulation does not go quiet — it produces a new thread about being manipulated, which then ranks.
So the work is slower and more literal than it sounds: genuine participation, expert answers that are actually expert, review requests to customers who actually bought something, and responses written like a person wrote them.
