What Quora marketing is
Quora marketing is the practice of answering the questions your buyers are already asking, in a place where those answers rank in Google and get read for years afterwards.
It works differently from most content marketing. A Quora answer is not a campaign that runs and stops. A good answer to "which is the best CRM for a small Indian business" keeps appearing in search results long after it was written, accumulating views from people who are actively deciding what to buy. The same property makes a bad or hostile answer about your brand a long-running problem.
This service covers both directions: earning visibility on the questions that matter to your category, and dealing with the answers about your brand that already rank.
How it works
1. Find the questions that already have traffic
We identify the Quora questions in your category that rank in Google, sorted by commercial intent. A question with modest Quora views but a first-page Google position is worth far more than a popular question nobody searches for.
2. Audit what is said about you now
Existing answers mentioning your brand get catalogued: which rank, which are accurate, which are outdated, and which come from competitors. Outdated criticism is the most common and the most fixable.
3. Write answers that deserve to win
Quora's ranking rewards answers that genuinely resolve the question, and readers punish thinly disguised advertising by downvoting it into invisibility. So the answers are written to be useful first, with the brand mentioned where it is genuinely relevant and disclosed where there is an affiliation.
4. Respond to answers about your brand
Where an existing answer is factually wrong or out of date, a disclosed reply from the company correcting the record is usually more effective than trying to get it removed — and it is visible to everyone who reads the original.
5. Maintain them
Answers decay. Products change, competitors launch, and a two-year-old answer starts giving people the wrong information about your pricing or feature set. We revisit and update the answers that carry traffic.
Who it's for
This is a fit if your category involves research and comparison — software, healthcare, financial services, education, considered consumer purchases. It works best where buyers ask open questions before they know which brands exist.
This is not a fit if your buyers do not research on Quora, which is true for many local services and impulse purchases. It is also a poor fit if the honest answer to the question does not favour you: writing an answer that overstates your product invites correction in the replies, in public, permanently.
We will tell you if we think the questions in your category do not carry enough search demand to be worth the work.

Frequently asked questions
Can you delete a negative Quora answer about my company?
Only the author or Quora's moderation team can delete an answer, and Quora removes content for policy violations — harassment, spam, plagiarism — not for being unflattering. If an answer contains false statements of fact you can report it, with limited success. The reliable approach is a disclosed reply correcting the record, plus stronger answers on the same question, so the ranking answer is no longer the only one a reader sees.
How long do Quora answers keep bringing traffic?
Well-ranked answers to durable questions can generate views for years, which is the main argument for the channel. That said, the lifespan depends entirely on whether the question stays relevant and whether better answers arrive. We treat answers as assets that need occasional updating, not as one-off posts.
Do I need to disclose that I work for the company?
Yes. Quora requires disclosure of affiliation when you write about your own company or a competitor, and readers are good at spotting undisclosed promotion regardless. Disclosure also works in your favour — a clearly identified company representative giving a straight answer reads as more credible than an anonymous account praising a product.
How is this different from writing blog posts?
A blog post competes for a keyword on a domain you own and control. A Quora answer competes on a domain with existing authority, in a format buyers trust more precisely because it is not on your website. They complement each other; Quora tends to reach people earlier, when they are still asking open questions rather than comparing named vendors.
How much does Quora marketing cost?
Engagements are quoted individually. The main cost drivers are how many questions in your category are worth targeting, whether there is existing negative content to address, and whether you want ongoing maintenance of the answers or a one-time push.
Will you write answers pretending to be a customer?
No. Undisclosed promotional answers breach Quora's policies and are routinely detected and removed, taking the account and its accumulated answers with them. Everything we write is attributable and disclosed.
